What is Nano-Emulsification?

In their original form, cannabinoids are not soluble in water which is why tinctures utilize oils instead. Nano-emulsification is the process of breaking up cannabinoids into nanoparticles through the use of ultrasonic waves.

By doing this, cannabinoids can absorb better in water and, as a result, your body. Unlike normal edible options which can take as much as 2 hours to kick in, nano-emulsification enables products to take effect in as little as 10-20 minutes.

LEGALITY OF HEMP DERIVED DELTA-9 THC:

Section 10013 of the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill defines hemp as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”

For each 1 gram (1000mg) on a dry weight basis, we can have up to 3 milligrams of hemp-derived Delta 9 THC at .3 percent.

For example, if a single gummy weighs 5 grams (5,000 mg), it can have up to 15 mg (.3% x 5000mg) of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC in it.
